Reviewing your order

Review product descriptions, available options, quantities, and the checkout total before submitting an order. Prices are displayed in USD. Where an item is discounted, the current item price and the checkout review provide the relevant amounts for your purchase.

Checkout and payment

Provide accurate billing, contact, and delivery information. Choose from the payment methods available at checkout and follow the instructions presented there. Payment processing and order status are separate matters; consult your order information and contact us if a result is unclear. Do not send card numbers or payment passwords through the contact form.

Delivery

We dispatch orders within 1–3 days. Estimated delivery is 6–12 days. All products ship free. We bear applicable duties and related charges, and customers incur no additional fees.

Returns

Returns are available within 60 days of receipt. Refund processing takes 5–10 days after the return is received and approved. Use Contact to arrange the next steps.
