Dispatch and delivery

We dispatch orders within 1–3 days. Estimated delivery is 6–12 days. All products ship free. We bear applicable duties and related charges, and customers incur no additional fees. Dispatch and delivery are separate stages. The delivery window is an estimate, not a guarantee of arrival on a particular day.

Preparing your delivery

Review your address and contact details before completing checkout. If you notice an error afterward, contact us with your order reference and the correction requested. We will review the available options based on the order’s progress. Free shipping has no minimum order requirement.

Delivery questions

If your delivery is delayed, missing, damaged, or associated with an unexpected charge, use Contact to explain the issue. Include your order reference and relevant delivery information. We will review the concern and coordinate the next steps. Do not send payment passwords or full card details.

After receipt
